I can’t believe this! I am so upset at how many women are going through problems like this right now just because these products either weren’t tested long enough or were just manufactured faulty. Whatever the reason, I pray for myself and these women who have mirena implanted right now….

Yeah this is definitely scary. I can’t believe that such a small and delicate device can cause so much damage and perforations! So… does this mean that the FDA still didn’t ban Mirena??

This is scary…. I had always wondered how these IUDs stayed in place or if they ever strayed away from where they were placed. I can’t believe such a dangerous device is still being used. I’m glad I looked this up because I do have a few co-workers who were talking about the negative effects of this device and I just wanted to read up on it.

My sister got really bad pelvic inflammation from using Mirena. She is in the process of trying to get compensation but the process has been ongoing for almost a year. I think it’s great how this site gives so much information… and I really hope that more women who take Mirena (or have ever thought about it) just sees their doctor to have it removed or get prescribed something else. This is dangerous and should have been tested a lot more in my opinion.
